 Joel Linn - Principal
Joel Linn is a graduate of Hughes High School. He received his degree in English Education from the University of Central Arkansas in 1996 and taught for two years in the Hughes School District. Mr. Linn taught high school English in Vilonia for five years and received his Masters Degree in Educational Leadership in 2002 from Arkansas Tech University. He served as high school principal in the Mayflower School District for four years and received his Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas Tech University in 2007. Before becoming principal at CHSE in 2009, Mr. Linn served as high school principal in the Heber Springs School District.
 Linda Hargis - Asst. Principal
Linda Hargis is a graduate of Round Rock High School in Round Rock, Texas. She attended Baylor University for three years and graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1970. She received her MSE from UCA in 1994. Mrs. Hargis began her teaching career in San Marcos, Texas, where she taught business education. After moving to Fort Smith, Arkansas, she taught high school English for two years in Greenwood, Arkansas. She and her family moved to Conway in 1980 where she taught high school English for 21 years. For the past six years, she has served as the Assistant Principal for Conway High School East.
 Ben Broyles - Asst. Principal
Ben Broyles is a graduate of Watson Chapel High School in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and M.Ed. in Educational Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mr. Broyles' family includes his wife Paris, his two daughters De'Ja and Charity, and his son Benjamin.
 Pam Ferguson - Asst. Principal
Pam Ferguson is a graduate of Joe T Robinson High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. She received her Bachelors and Masters degree in the areas of speech pathology and special education from the University of Central Arkansas. She served as a speech pathologist for 3 years and a special education teacher for 13 years in the North Little Rock School District. In 1991, she received her Specialist in Education from the University of Central Arkansas and has served the past 4 years as an Assistant Principal in the North Little Rock School District.
