The Conway School District operates under the Board of Education, made up of seven citizens elected at the annual school election on the third Tuesday in September.

The members of the Board serve five year terms, so arranged that either one or two are elected annually.

The Board of Education is the policy-making body of the school district and elects the superintendent.

The Board of Education meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00pm in the CPS administration building located at 2220 Prince Street.
