Secondary Education in Conway Public Schools is comprised of grades 5-12. The eight elementary schools feed into the intermediate schools, which feed, in turn, the middle schools.  All middle school students are combined to attend Conway High School East Campus in the ninth grade.  Students matriculate together from that point forward until graduation from Conway High School West.

Ellen Smith, Sallie Cone, Jim Stone, and Marguerite Vann attend Ruth Doyle Intermediate.  Ruth Doyle Intermediate students attend Carl Stuart Middle School.

Julia Lee Moore, Ida Burns, Florence Mattison, and Theodore Jones attend Raymond and Phyllis Simon Intermediate.  Simon Intermediate students attend Bob Courtway Middle School.
