Events including, but not limited to, concerts, dance recitals and large group meetings that require a large amount of seating will use the stage for a minimum of six hours.
Classrooms are included in the fees. The classroom teacher must grant approval for use of the classroom.
Admission Events. If admission is charged, a fee of $300 will be added to the rental.
Liability Insurance. The Conway School District requires all renters for stage events to have a one million dollar ($1,000,000) liability insurance policy. No exceptions will be granted. For existing policies, the renter must add the Conway School District as an additional insured for the time of the planned use of the auditorium. Failure to have the required liability insurance will result in cancellation of the event.
Hours of Use. The time a renter uses the auditorium starts when the renter physically occupies the building and ends when the renter physically vacates the building. All rentals will be timed and if the renter exceeds the booked time, the renter will be billed for the additional time. The renter will not be allowed to use any Conway School District facility until the fees for the additional time are paid in full.
Meeting Rates
Stage. Use of the stage for a meeting will be charged the rate of $100 per hour with a minimum charge of three (3) hours.
Technology Area. Charges for use of the technology area shall be:
$75 per hour for the first four (4) hours
$35 per hour for each additional hour
After the rental is completed, two additional hours for cleanup will be added at the rate of $35 per hour.
Classrooms. Classrooms may be rented for small meetings with a maximum of 30 people. The rental rate shall be $35 per hour. One additional hour for cleanup will be added at the rate of $35 per hour.

Deposits. Users must submit a deposit of $200.00 with the usage request form to reserve the date.
Payment of Remaining Fees.
- Stage Events. All remaining fees and a copy of the insurance rider must be submitted to the office of the auditorium supervisor no more than fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled event.
- Technology Area. All remaining fees must be submitted to the office of the auditorium supervisor no mor than fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled event.
Name of Auditorium. All programs, tickets and publicity must use the name James H. Clark Auditorium in promoting the event.
