Conway High School Foods and Nutrition classes spent time this week learning about proper dinning etiquette skills.
They completed a Restaurant Lab. Students used linen napkins and learned about proper manners while dinning out. Students cooked all the food, set the tables, and cleaned up… running a small restaurant each class period. "I really enjoyed the lab," one student said. "I enjoyed getting to serve my classmates and getting to eat yummy food." The lab was eye-opening for some, who have never worked in a real restaurant. "I didn't know how hard working in a kitchen can actually be..." a student said. "fun....but a lot of work." Comments are closed.
