The CPSD Staff Wellness program is a health initiative to encourage and provide employees with a variety of opportunities to improve their health. The conditions that affect the health of employees also influence the health and learning of students. Encouraging the improvement of the physical and mental health of school employees is integral to protecting the health of students and ensuring their academic success.
The purpose of the CPSD Staff Wellness program is to provide tools and resources to our employees and to reward them for their efforts.

This is a Wellness Program where YOU, the employee have the opportunity to earn rewards for a healthy lifestyle. Employees can choose among wellness/health activities to earn points every 9 weeks. Point totals are tabulated every 9 weeks. To qualify for prize drawings, employees must earn a minimum of 20 points every 9 weeks. To qualify for the Grand Prize Drawing at the end of the school year, employees must earn at least 20 points every 9 weeks. Employees are responsible for tracking and documenting their participation using the CHELP software. If an employee’s name is drawn as a prize winner, they must submit their documentation to the Staff Wellness Committee.
