Carise Echols came to Theodore Jones as the Principal in 2022. Mrs. Echols has two master's degrees- one in School Administration from Harding University and the other one a Master's of Arts in Teaching from UCA. Her undergraduate work was in Health Education from UCA.

Mrs. Echols lives in Conway with her husband and two daughters. ​In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, laughing with friends, and traveling.

Heath Dow is a lifelong Wampus Cat.  He started teaching in 2010.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball.
