Preston Echols came to Conway Junior High School in 2019, after coaching and teaching all different grade levels in the Conway School District. After spending a year as Principal of Maumelle Middle School, he returned to CPSD as Conway Junior High's Principal in 2022.

Mr. Echols grew up in a family of educators, watching his parents pursue education with passion. Now, he and his wife, Carise, also a CPSD Principal, are doing the same. They have two daughters and enjoy spending time together as a family.  

Mrs. Crow has a BS in Elementary Education from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville and a Master's Degree in School Counseling from UALR.

She has been both a teacher and a counselor at Anne Watson Elementary and Bigelow High School, and worked here at CJHS as a counselor becoming Assistant Principal in 2022.

She has a wonderful husband, two amazing children, and one dog who, just like the rest of us, is great on most days!

Mr. Broyles is originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He has been an assistant principal at Conway Junior High School since 2007.
He graduated from Watson Chapel High School in 1990 and went on to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and graduated with his bachelor's degree in 1996. He received his master’s degree in 2003 from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Most recently, he received his educational specialist degree from the University of Central Arkansas in May of 2018.

Mrs. Ferguson is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. She has been an assistant principal at Conway Junior High School since 2009. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of education.

Mrs. Ferguson obtained her bachelor’s degree in 1986 from the University of Central Arkansas. She then received her master’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1990. Most recently, she completed her educational specialist degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1992.

Marquis Rogers is an Assistant Principal at Conway Junior High School. He has a Masters' degree in Teaching and a Specialist in Educational Leadership. He loves spending time with his wife and kids as well as traveling.
