Mr. Yates became the principal of Bob and Betty Courtway Middle School for the 2022-23 school year. He served as an Assistant Principal at Conway Junior High School for four years. Mr. Yates is originally from Decatur, Arkansas. 

​Mr. Yates obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2009 from Arkansas Tech University. He then received his master’s degree from Harding University in 2012. Most recently, he completed his educational specialist degree from the University of Central Arkansas.

Ms. Francis has been the assistant principal at Bob and Betty Courtway Middle School since the start of the 2019-2020 school year. She has been in the Conway Public School district since 2009 where she has served as a middle school literacy teacher, instructional facilitator, and assistant principal. Ms. Francis graduated from Conway Public Schools as a proud Wampus Cat in 2000. She graduated from UCA with her BSE in 2005, MSE in 2010, and EdS in 2017. Ms. Francis enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, and daughter, Kaylee, traveling with friends and family, and reading a good book.

Mr. Pegg has been an assistant principal at Bob & Betty Courtway Middle School since 2015. He has served as an administrator in both Arkansas and Arizona. Before becoming an administrator, Mr. Pegg taught physical education and health, and he was a high school football, baseball, and track coach. He graduated from North Pulaski High School in 1994. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 2000 and obtained his master's degree in 2012 from Grand Canyon University. Mr. Pegg enjoys sports and spending time with his daughters.
