Registration Information

  • If you are new to Conway Public Schools and need to enroll a student(s) in our district for the current, 2020-21 school year, please complete the following steps.

    1. Determine which school your child will attend using our Zone Finder and Address Search.

    2. Gather required documents for registration:

    • Official Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Number
    • Completed Immunization Record
    • Medicaid ID Card if the student is Medicaid eligible
    • Health Screening
    • Two Proofs of Residence in the school zone 

    3. Print and complete all forms in the Registration Packet found below.

    4. Bring all completed forms and all required documents to the school to finalize registration.

2021-22 Registration Information

  • KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION for the 2021-22 school year is now open. Registration is available here.

    RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION for all CPSD students (virtual and onsite) in grades K-11 will take place in July. Please watch your email, as well as our CPSD website, for important instructions and information about our new registration portal.

    NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION will be open in July for those students who are new to Conway Schools or wish to return to CPSD after doing homeschool, an online/virtual option other than CPSD, or attending elsewhere this year. Look for instructions on our CPSD website.
