Conway Public Schools Central Maintenance Department is comprised of around 130 men and women who are, literally, the support structure of the district! 

Working as Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Specialists, Carpenters, Painters, Lawn Crew, Warehouse and Delivery, Building Custodians, and more, the maintenance team makes sure our 16 schools and auxiliary buildings operate and look their best at all times. (No small feat with nearly 126 square miles!)
