Student Immunizations

By state law, certain immunizations are required before your child may attend Conway Public Schools.
These immunizations are available at the Faulkner County Health Department, our Wampus Cat Wellness Clinic, or by visiting your child's physician. Please call the Faulkner County Health Department at 501-450-4941 if you need an immunization appointment. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-3:00 pm.
