    Retirement: 

    Conway Public Schools is a member of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System. There is a mandatory six percent employee contribution and fourteen percent district contribution.

    Sick Leave: 10 days

    Personal Leave: 2 days

    Personnel Policies:

    Employees of Conway Public Schools are represented by Personnel Policy Committees for both certified and classified staff. These committees recommend policies to the Board and are actively involved in establishing Personnel Policies for the district.

    National Board Certified Teachers:

     In addition to the $5,000 annual bonus from the Arkansas Department of Education, CPSD includes an additional $1,000 added to the teacher's contract for National Board Certified teachers for a period of up to 10 years while employed by the district.

    Conway Public Schools appreciates our substitutes and the important role they play in the education of our students. The district utilizes the services of Kelly Services to help meet the needs of our faculty and staff.
