Buck Bing

Buck Bing has served as Principal at Conway High School since June of 2018. Mr. Bing is a long time Wampus Cat serving the district since 1996 in many different roles including teacher, coach, and administrator.

Mr. Bing is a classically trained educator from the school of education at the University of Central Arkansas. Mr. Bing, and his wife Cheryl, have been Conway residents since 1992.

Dr. Kate Worley (A-C)

Dr. Kate Worley has been an assistant principal in the Conway School District since 2016. She has been an educator since 2011 and has been with Conway Public Schools since 2012. Dr. Worley received her doctorate in educational leadership from Arkansas Tech University in May of 2019. Before transitioning to administration, Dr. Worley taught English at Conway Junior High School.

Ty Hendricks (D-He)

Ty Hendricks has been an assistant principal at Conway High School since 2020. Prior to taking this role, Hendricks taught AP Psychology, AP Comparative Government, and African American History in the Social Studies Department.

Hendricks received his Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Social Studies in 2012. He was then awarded the James Madison Memorial Fellowship which allowed him to pursue his Master of Arts in History from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016. In 2019 he completed his Master of Education in Education Leadership from Arkansas Tech University.

Mr. Hendricks and his wife, Brenda, have two children.

Todd Dooley (Hi-Me)

Todd Dooley has been an assistant principal at Conway High School since 2020. Before moving into administration, Dooley served as the Instructional Facilitator for Science in grades 5-7. He also taught Chemistry and Biology in the CHS science department for 8 years.

Dooley received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2004 and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership in 2019.

Mr. Dooley and his wife Kristin have three children and enjoy spending time with their families.

Brad Etters (Mi-Sh)

Since 1998, Brad Etters has served Conway Public Schools as a high school math teacher, district math specialist, and instructional facilitator before returning to the high school as assistant principal in 2019.

Mr. Etters received his Master of Arts degree in Mathematics Education in 2000 and an Education Specialist degree in 2017.

Mr. Etters enjoys travel with his wife and two children.

Lourdes Goodnight (Si-Z)

Mrs. Lourdes Goodnight has been in administration since 2008, and has had the opportunity to work at both the middle and high school levels. Before becoming an administrator, she spent several years as a math instructional facilitator and a K-12 math director. She started her career as a math teacher with experience ranging from grade 7 math to Advanced Placement Calculus.

Ed Franklin

Dr. Edward A. Franklin is currently the Dean of Students and has been with the Conway school district since 1994. He holds a doctorate degree in Theology and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Franklin was a probation officer here in Conway, Arkansas and was the first full time African American deputy for Faulkner County.

He is married to Mrs. Sheila Franklin. They have four children and one son in law, and they have five grandchildren.

Scott Schwartz

Scott Schwartz has served as Dean of Students at Conway High School since July 2018.

Prior to moving into an administrative role, Schwartz coached and taught in the classroom for 26 years. Previous stops in his career include the University of Central Arkansas and Greenbrier High School.

Schwartz received his Masters of Science in Education in August 1993.

Schwartz is married to the former Jami Hutto, who is a physical education instructor at Carolyn Lewis Elementary School in the Conway School District.
