Christi Parrish

Christi Parrish has served as principal of Simon Middle School since 2017.  Before coming to Conway Public Schools, she was an assistant principal in Pulaski County Special School District.

Parrish received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas and her graduate degrees from Harding University and Arkansas State University.  Before entering administration, she taught English, journalism and EAST as well as worked as an instructional facilitator in Pulaski County Special School District.

Mrs. Parrish enjoys spending time with her husband Jamie and her daughter Jay.

Elise Hampton

Ms. Hampton has been in the field of education since 2014 and has held several positions: 5th grade Social Studies teacher, 7th grade Science teacher, Middle School Science Instructional Facilitator, and now, Assistant Principal at Simon Middle School.  When Ms. Hampton is not at work, she continues her commitment to education as a member of the Board of Directors for the Bullock Temple STAR Academy and as a Commissioner on the Black History Commission of Arkansas. 


Ms. Hampton is a 2009 graduate of Mount Saint Mary Academy.  She is also a two time graduate of the University of Central Arkansas—where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Level Education and a Master’s degree in School Leadership. 


Ms. Hampton enjoys exercising, reading & writing, dancing, Sunday brunch, National Public Radio, and spending time with her family.

Patrick Stacks

Mr. Patrick Stacks has served as an Assistant Principal at Raymond and Phyllis Simon Middle School since 2019. He first joined Simon Middle School in 2013 as a School Counselor. Mr. Stacks earned a B.S.E. in English and an M.S.E. in School Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and also earned an Educational Specialist degree from UCA in 2018. Mr. Stacks, a Wampus Cat alumnus, and his wife Heather have two daughters and call Conway home.
