Mr. Matt Kelly attended Conway Public Schools for Kindergarten through 12th grade. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree from UCA, he joined the district as a 10th grade Biology teacher.

Mr. Kelly entered administration as an Assistant Principal at Simon Middle School and is now serving as principal of Ruth Doyle Middle School.

Mrs. Irvin has served as Assistant Principal at Ruth Doyle Middle School since August 2019. Before moving into an administrative position, Irvin became the middle school math facilitator for our district in 2018. Irvin taught 7th grade math at Courtway Middle School for 12 years prior to becoming a math facilitator.

Mrs. Irvin received her Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from UCA in 2017. She earned her Master's in Middle Level Education from UALR in 2008, as well as her undergraduate in 2005.

Mrs. Irvin and her husband, Virgil, have 3 children and one very special grand-baby.

Mrs. Lisa Oates has lived her entire life in Conway, AR.  She attended grades 1-12 here in the Conway School District.  She graduated from University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree. 

Her educational career has also exclusively been here in the Conway School District.  She has worked in the Special Education Program, School Counseling Program and Administration Program. She has been an Assistant Principal at Ruth Doyle Middle School since August 2015.   

Mrs. Oates is married and has two adult sons.  She likes to spend quality time loving on her 1^st granddaughter, her heartbeat, Xaveria.
