Mrs. Howell earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership through Arkansas State University. She has taught a variety of grades, as well as been an Instructional Facilitator and Assistant Principal before becoming the Principal at Ida Burns in 2020. Mrs. Howell enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Anna Schichtl has taught first and fourth grade, as well as being an Instructional Facilitator at Theodore Jones Elementary, and is now the Assistant Principal at Ida Burns. She enjoys spending time with her four beautiful children and her husband, Will. Education is very important to her, and she strives to make learning a part of her everyday life.
