THANK YOU JSE FAMILIES!!!!!
PTO would like to thank JSE families for making Teacher Appreciation Week a wild and unforgettable week. Because of your support and efforts, whether donating through sign up genius, being on the teacher appreciation committee, or helping with our fundraiser (because YES some of those funds go to spoiling our amazing JSE staff & teachers) we were able to provide our teachers and staff a week of surprises and fun which they most certainly deserved after teaching our children in the middle of a pandemic.
We had over $250 donated in gift cards that were given out daily as door prize drawings. Food was provided daily with ice cream treats, cake and cake pops, a taco bar, breakfast, and lunch from a food truck. The teachers were well fed all week as well as the refrigerator was stocked with their favorite drinks and a candy/gum/etc. was also given out. The staff at JSE also received t-shirts, umbrellas, personalized notepads, and hats to show our appreciation to them. Sidewalk chalk messages and signs donated by Card My Yard welcomed the staff each day as they entered the building. Fun decorations and encouraging words from JSE families filled the teachers lounge.
This week would have not been possible without each one of you. Thank you for your generosity, all your hard work behind the scenes, and willingness to make this week a success. We look forward to working with you again next year on many other opportunities to spread love to JSE staff.
