CSMS: Progress Reports and School Picture Forms Released Today

Dear CSMS Parents:

Your child received a first quarter progress report and school picture form today during 6th period if your child is onsite. For virtual students, parents can view Interim Progress Reports through Home Access Center by clicking on the link: https://hac40.esp.k12.ar.us/HomeAccess40/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2FHomeAccess40. To login, you should select "Conway School District" from the drop down menu and then enter your child's nine-digit school ID number (Ex. 100000528) and eight-digit passcode (Ex. Jm061809). Once on the site, you should click on the “Grades” Button and then the IPR tab.

Please remember that the progress report is a snapshot in time, which means that it might not capture the most recent work your child has completed including missing work. For an ongoing, accurate reflection of student performance in real time, we encourage you to access your child's grade report in Schoology. In the Schoology Parent App on your mobile device, click the three bars on the left side of the screen and select "My Children", then "More", and then the "Grade Report" to access the classes your child is enrolled. You can click on each of those classes to view recorded grades for those classes in real time.

Additionally, Strain Photography will be conducting school pictures on October 6-7. A snapshot of the school picture order form is attached. Onsite students will take pictures on October 6 (5th and 6th Grade) and the morning of October 7 (7th Grade). Virtual students will take pictures on October 7 from 11am-2pm and will need to register for a slot using the sign-up genius at the link provided: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a0e45abad28a0f94-csms5. Please have your form completed with funds included at the time pictures are taken. In order to order virtually or pay for pictures using a credit card, please contact the studio at the number provided on the form.

Thank you for dedication to your child's education. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you have any questions.

Sincerely yours,

Dr. Chris Barnes
