The Conway School District was honored to take part in the Hispanic Heritage Festival, held on September 7th in Conway. CPSD students, families, and staff members participated in this vibrant event celebrating the rich cultural contributions of the Hispanic community.
Dr. Bryce Bennett, Director of Academic Assessment Services, and Melinda Fraser, ESOL Instructional Facilitator, proudly represented the district by participating in the event’s closing ceremony, which culminated in an inspiring speech delivered by the Mexican Consulate.
Reflecting on the event, Dr. Bryce Bennett shared, “It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful celebration that honors the Hispanic community’s vibrant history and traditions. Events like these bring us closer together as a community and remind us of the importance of cultural diversity in our schools and city.”
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Paloma Community Services for organizing such a powerful event and to everyone who attended to celebrate the beauty and richness of Hispanic heritage.
