Conway Public Schools is proud to announce two key leadership appointments within the district: Adam Stroman has been named Technology Supervisor, and Timothy McMahan has been named Maintenance Supervisor. Both are graduates of Conway High School and long-time CPSD employees who represent the district’s core values and commitment to excellence.
Adam Stroman – Technology Supervisor
A 2002 graduate of Conway High School, Stroman rejoined CPSD in 2013 as a computer technician and has since served in several key roles, most recently as the district’s Systems Engineer. He is a graduate of the district’s inaugural Conway Education Aspiring Leadership (CEAL) program and was named the 2024 CPSD District Employee of the Year, as well as the district’s first Core Values Champion.
Stroman brings a passion for technology and a vision for the future into his new role as Technology Supervisor.
He shared,
“Technology is such a powerful tool in education. I’m excited to step into this new role and continue helping our district grow and innovate in meaningful ways.”
For Stroman, CPSD is more than just a workplace—it’s a family legacy. His wife Tiffany, brother Jacob, and sister-in-law Kristy all currently work in the district. His father, Nick, and mother-in-law, Monica, are both proud CPSD retirees.
Timothy “T-Mac” McMahan – Maintenance Supervisor
A proud Conway High School graduate, McMahan began his career with CPSD as a summer helper in the Maintenance Department. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the district’s facilities, he has worked his way up to now lead the department he’s been a part of since graduation.
McMahan’s roots in Conway Public Schools run deep—not only is he an alum and lifelong employee, but his family has a long history of service to the district. His grandfather, Monty McMahan, taught at the junior high, and his grandmother, Peggy McMahan, worked at Ellen Smith Elementary before retiring from CPSD.
Known for his dedication, calm leadership, and strong relationships across the district, McMahan brings both technical expertise and a service-minded heart to this important role. As Maintenance Supervisor, he plays a vital part in ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming learning environments for students and staff.
McMahan shared,
“Conway Public Schools has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m honored to take on this leadership role and continue giving back to the schools and people that have given so much to me. This district is my home.”
“These two leaders are shining examples of what it means to ASCEND,” said Superintendent Dr. Jeff Collum. “They’ve dedicated their careers to supporting our schools, and we’re proud to see them step into these well-earned leadership roles.”
Conway Public Schools looks forward to the continued impact of both McMahan and Stroman as they lead with excellence, integrity, and a deep connection to the Wampus Cat community.
