additional funding for teachers graphic

Conway Public Schools is proud to announce an increase in classroom supply budgets for teachers across the district—an investment that reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering educators and enhancing instruction in every classroom.

For the 2025-2026 school year, general education classroom teachers, Special Education teachers (resource, inclusion, and self-contained), interventionists, speech-language pathologists, ESOL teachers, and instructional coaches in grades K-6 will receive an additional 20% in classroom supply funds.  Beginning this year, seventh grade teachers will also receive individual classroom supply budgets.

In addition to this investment, Conway Public Schools is committed to helping all teachers—from Pre-K to 12th grade—explore further opportunities to fund classroom projects and materials:

  • Classroom Impact Grants through the Conway Public Schools Foundation are available each spring. These grants of up to $1,000 are awarded to innovative projects that inspire student learning and creativity.

  • Teachers also have the option to create DonorsChoose projects or Amazon Wish Lists to share with friends, family, and community members.

As secondary campuses continue to operate with department-level budgets, the district will continue evaluating the needs of our secondary school educators.

We are incredibly grateful to the Conway Public Schools Foundation for their continued support of our staff and classrooms. We also want to thank our School Board and the CPSD Curriculum & Instruction team for their leadership and dedication to investing in our educators.
