Conway Public Schools recently hosted a special luncheon to honor and celebrate this year’s retiring employees. The event brought together retirees, their families, district administrators, and colleagues for a time of appreciation, reflection, and celebration in recognition of their years of dedicated service to students and staff across the district.
Superintendent Jason Black opened the event by welcoming attendees and recognizing the tremendous impact each retiree has made throughout their career in education. He thanked them for their commitment to Conway Public Schools and shared appreciation for the countless lives they have influenced over the years.
This year, Conway Public Schools celebrated 39 retirees representing campuses and departments across the district. While not all retirees were able to attend the luncheon, each individual was recognized for their service and dedication to the district.
Following lunch, retirees in attendance were individually recognized and presented with a commemorative plaque honoring their years of service. Retirees were joined by family members, supervisors, and campus leaders for photos and personal congratulations.
