Based on 2025 performance, College Board has elevated Conway High School’s Honor Roll status from Bronze to Silver. Only 8% of school districts in Arkansas qualified for a Silver Honor Roll Rating.
At our April School Board meeting CHS Principal Dr. Worley highlighted this success and the hard work of a few of our AP instructors.
CHS currently offers a total of 24 AP courses beginning in 10th grade.
We have 846 students signed up to take AP exams in May for 1, 689 tests. (This means MOST of our students are taking more than 1 exam!)
Mrs. Shannon Bowden- AP Biology→ 87 students took the exam with an average score of 3.56. Arkansas had an average score of 2.53.
Mr. Cody Johnson- AP Language → 105 Exams taken with an average of 3.56. Arkansas had an average score of 2.66
Mrs. Nohora Tedford- AP Spanish Language → 12 students took the exam and scored an average of 4.13. Arkansas had an average score of 3.31. We have 37 students taking this exam this year.

Additionally, we highlighted Conway High’s School’s AP Honor Roll Recognition. In 2024, CHS was a Bronze school and we are pleased to announce that for the 2025 school year we have moved to the SILVER tier of recognition!
In the state of Arkansas 251 qualified to be considered for AP Honor Roll.
Only 49 schools in Arkansas earned a place on the AP School Honor Roll.
Help us cheer on these amazing educators, the success of our students, and Conway High School as a whole for their tremendous overall accomplishments!
