Mrs. Aldrich is joining our team teaching 6th Grade Science and 6th Grade Honors Science. This year marks her 14th year teaching science in Conway, with previous experience at Conway High School and Simon Middle School.

Mr. Albert has been part of the Conway Schools family for eight years, serving in several different roles along the way. This year, he’s joining our Courtway team as our ISS Paraprofessional!
Outside of school, Mr. Albert enjoys basketball, classic cars, dogs, and spending time with his family. And here’s a fun fact—we’re still trying to wrap our heads around this one: his son has the same name AND the same birthday as him! 😄

All car riders must be picked up from their designated locations:
• 5th grade: Cafeteria
• 6th & 7th grades: Safe Room
For safety, students are not allowed to walk across or off campus to meet vehicles. Students remain inside in a safe, climate-controlled area until our staff makes contact with their ride and calls them out. Our cameras also record the vehicles students enter as an added safety measure.

As students and staff return to school for another year, let’s all do our part in keeping safety at the forefront of our minds at school, at home, and on the road.
· Watch for school buses. Slow down and never pass a stopped school bus with its lights flashing.
· Drive safely in school zones. Slow down, pay attention, and watch carefully for students, parents, crossing guards, and school staff.
· Stay alert. It only takes a few seconds of distraction to change a life forever.
· School safety starts when we leave our homes. It doesn’t just depend on what happens inside our school buildings.
Let’s work together to ensure every student and staff member arrives at school and returns home Safe and Sound.
The volume of traffic will increase this week. Please be patient as we work together getting back in the routine of drop off and pick up.

Mrs. Black has served as a teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, and principal in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas. Here in Conway, she previously served as principal at Preston and Florence Mattison Elementary School.
Mrs. Black believes in enjoying life by serving others and is excited to support our Courtway students and families. She and her husband are the proud parents of Ella, Brylee, and Carson. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, watching her children play sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Goodnight has served in administration since 2008 at both the middle and high school levels. She began her career as a math teacher, teaching everything from 7th grade math to AP Calculus, and later served as a math instructional facilitator and K–12 math director.
