Last week, 8th grade Advanced English classes participated in a gallery walk as part of their "Presenting Voices of the Holocaust" activity. Students were given an identification card with information about someone who went through the Holocaust, and then they analyzed seven different exhibits from the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. To wrap up the activity, students used what they learned about the Holocaust to write a first-person historical narrative about the experiences of the individual from the identification card. #UnlockingOurFullPotential #LevelingUp
