Last week Mrs. Robin used eggplant from our school garden and made some eggplant Parmesan! It was fantastic! She is an important part of our school garden. She has made our kids and staff lots of healthy school grown snacks over the last few years. We also added a picture of what one of our 3rd grade classes picked today! The students are so proud to see their harvest turned into a tasty meal. It’s ok to be jealous. 😎 #watchESEgrow
