Thank you for supporting Ellen Smith Elementary School!

This year our recipients are Coach Bill Joseph (junior high football/track coach) and Kerwin Rainey (Coach Miltresa Rainey's husband; junior high volleyball and basketball). We are so excited to see what we can raise for these fellow Conway Wampus Cats with the help of the entire district! The Lady Cats also LOVE a competition so the school that raises the most money during the Change Drive will receive a morning with the Lady Cats where we will open doors and help out around the cafeteria during breakfast!
Be on the look out OCTOBER 1 for the Lady Cats to collect coins for this special cause!

Hi Ellen Smith Families!
We want to make sure drop-off and pick-up go as smoothly as possible for everyone!
Please follow these simple steps:
Morning Drop-off:
1. Pull all the way forward when you get to the car line. Look for staff members to help direct you.
2. Please don’t park on the crosswalk—we want to make sure everyone can walk safely to and from the building.
3. Be ready to go! Give your hugs and kisses ahead of time and make sure your student has their backpack on.
4. Once you enter the parking lot, students can exit the car and walk straight to the sidewalk.
5. Students need to be able to open their own door on the passenger side. Parents/guardians must stay in the car.
If you need to help your student in a different way, please pull forward to a parking spot and walk them into the building.
Please note: Students can’t be dropped off before 7:35 AM since there are no staff members available to supervise the front porch before that time.
Afternoon Pick-up:
You’ll need a car tag to pick up your student. If you don’t have one, please come to the office with a photo ID to sign them out.
If you child requires additional help, you may want to change their way home to be a walker, where you can retrieve them from the cafeteria doors and walk them to your vehicle.
Need more tags? You can get extra ones for $3 at the front office.
Thanks so much for helping us keep things running smoothly! Let’s work together to make drop-off and pick-up as easy as possible for everyone.
