Welcome back from Spring Break! We cannot wait to see you all tomorrow! We will be starting our week by having our "Rise and shine" day with our SROs and some of our Conway Firemen. They will be helping to open car doors and greets students and staff back to school! Do not be alarmed if you see their vehicles in the parking lot.

All Third and Fourth Grade students will take the ATLAS assessment on Tuesday, March 12th. This assessment is taking the place of ACT Aspire. Students will take the writing assessment beginning at 8:30 on Tuesday. Please help us by making sure that your child is at school on time and has had a health breakfast.

Spring pictures are tomorrow!Students were sent home with an envelope last week explaining the procedure for getting their picture taken.A deposit of $5 is due tomorrow and will go towards the package of your choice! Students that do not have a deposit turned in tomorrow will not have their picture made.
We wanted to send a reminder about Valentine's Day parties tomorrow! We do not accept special deliveries for students from parents or businesses.

Conway Public Schools will not be in session, as planned, on February 19, 2024 in observance of President's day.
The District will be seeking waiver approval from the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education to transition the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year to serve minutes versus days. This would allow the current published calendar to remain intact and not add additional days to the end of the school year.
Any future inclement weather days will be evaluated. More information will be shared after the waiver has been approved or denied.
The cold weather will be around again soon! Order your Ida Burns Sweatshirt by Friday, Feb. 2nd! Order forms went home again on Friday! If you need an extra copy you can reach out to your child's teacher.

We wanted to share with you that our nurse's stash of extra clothes is diminishing very quickly. We ask that you place a change of clothes in your child's backpack. Unfortunately, we will have to begin calling parents for them to bring a change of clothes if your student has an accident.

Good afternoon, We wanted to share a reminder with you all that Kindergarten, First and Second grade students will be administered the NWEA Map Growth test tomorrow, Thursday, January 25th, and Friday, January 26th. We will begin testing at 8:15. Thank you!
Class picture day is tomorrow! Students were sent home with a class picture order form (envelope) on Friday. Please send those back tomorrow if you want to order a class picture. Spring pictures will be taken in February.
