Our JLM students had an absolute blast on their field trip to Sonshine Academy! From scaling ropes to testing their balance and agility on the mats, it was a day filled with movement, big smiles, and tons of energy. Our third grade scholars have been working hard in the library, and this week they finally took the stage to share their incredible animal research findings! 🎤📚 From the icy habitats of penguins to the depths of the rainforest with anacondas, these young researchers used their library time to dive deep into the animal kingdom. Using their hand-drawn posters and reports, they practiced their public speaking skills by presenting to their peers. It was so inspiring to see their confidence grow with every "Fun Fact" shared! Recently, we had a fun group of second grade students come together for lunch in the library. These students earned an invitation to eat in the library by receiving donations of $250 or more during our recent fundraiser. We are so incredibly grateful for the generosity of our community and the hard work of these amazing kiddos! Our teacher's lounge has officially been transformed into a 90s time machine, and we are totally buggin’ over how amazing it looks!
