Painting Fundraiser Week!
Sunday, November 9th - Saturday, November 15th
During all regular business hours
We are teaming up with our friends at Good Day Pottery & Art Studio for a holiday ornament painting fundraiser!
This fun opportunity is walk-in only - no appointments or reservations needed!
The Good Day staff will guide you through the pottery painting process to start a fon new family tradition this year - just tell a staff member you are there for JLM's fundraiser!
All supplies will be provided including washable ceramic glaze paints. Their pre-lined ornaments make it easy for even the youngest of artists to paint masterpieces.
These ceramic ornaments are a treasure for your own tree, are wonderful for gift-giving, and are loads of fun to paint however you like! Plus, each ornament painted raises funds for Julia Lee Moore Elementary's PTO.
The finished ornaments will be returned to school for distribution before your Winter Break.
Ornaments: $15.00 each, plus tax

Conway Public Schools, in partnership with the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and Conway Development Corporation, has launched a Strategic Planning Steering Committee to help guide our district through 2026 and beyond.
We’re working with the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute (WRI) to gather input from parents, students, staff, local employers, and community members. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working well, where we can improve, and how we can best prepare Conway students for lifelong success.
Please note, the survey will close on November 30, so be sure to share your thoughts before then. This is an important opportunity for every parent to have a voice in shaping the future of Conway Public Schools. The feedback collected will inform both our Strategic Readiness Plan for 2025–2026 and the long-range strategic plan being developed by the Steering Committee.

The JLM Book Fair will NOT be open after school today as we prepare for Grandparent Night. We will be open Tuesday-Thursday 8:15 am till 4:30 pm. We will close early on Friday but we will get all shoppers taken care of that morning. Teachers are making wish lists online if you would like to view and purchase a book for their classroom libraries.

Grandparents and their JLM grandchildren are invited to join us for a special night. Drop in tomorrow evening, Monday, November 3rd between 5 & 7 pm. Grandparents will venture to four stations with their grands. These include shopping together at the book fair, creating a fun and easy craft together, stopping by the photo booth for a keepsake photo, and refreshments in our cafeteria.
Upon arrival, we are asking for donations to our JLM backpack snack program. Backpack snacks may include any snacks a child can prepare and eat without the help of adult. Some items include microwavable popcorn or mac and cheese cups, peanut butter or cheese crackers, apple sauce or pudding cups, etc...
