📢 UPDATED DROP OFF & DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
🚗 MORNING ARRIVAL
All vehicles traveling east toward Hogan must utilize the Blue Ribbon Loop at the south end of the building. These students will exit vehicles four at a time.
Only vehicles traveling west on College will be allowed access to the front drop off area. No vehicles will be permitted to access the front entrance by turning right. To expedite this process, please pull all the way forward, and have your child exit your vehicle at any point that there is sidewalk.
🏫 AFTERNOON DISMISSAL
Car Rider Dismissal (3:15 p.m.)
• Students in grades K, 3, and 4 will be picked up in the front of the building.
• Students in grades 1 and 2 will be picked up in the south (Blue Ribbon) loop.
• Siblings report to the younger sibling’s spot.
🚶♂️ Walkers and Cyclists (3:15 p.m.)
Walkers and Cyclists should use the crosswalk that crosses College.
🚌 Bus and Daycare Riders
Students who ride buses or daycare vans will be loaded between 3:15 and 4:00 when their bus or van arrives.

As a reminder, CPSD students are expected to follow our “Bell to Bell, No Cell” expectations during the school day.
📌 A student is not considered to be in possession of a personal electronic device if:
It’s stored in their bag (and not accessed),
It’s stored in a locker (and not accessed), or
It’s stored in their vehicle (and not accessed) — except as permitted by law.

CPSD Bell to Bell No Cell
At Conway Public Schools Elementaries, we believe school is a place for students to learn, grow, and build good relationships with others. To help keep our classrooms focused and follow state guidelines, students should not use personal electronic devices during the school day. This includes cell phones, AirPods, wireless headphones, and smartwatches. We ask that all devices be turned off and kept in backpacks during school hours.

SPECIAL RECORDS TO BE DESTROYED
On July 7, 2025, the Conway Public School District will destroy Special Education records of students who graduated, moved or were dismissed from Special Education services in the district between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019. This process is carried out in compliance with federal and state laws. Conway Public Schools celebrated our 2025 retirees yesterday with a special luncheon recognizing 25 incredible individuals who have dedicated their lives to education—some with over 36 years of service to CPSD!
