CPSD is hosting two upcoming workshops to gather community input on student behavior support. Parents, guardians, and community members are invited to share feedback and ideas that will help us better support our students.

Our teachers started the day right with coffee from Shadrach’s and a tasty breakfast courtesy of the Arkansas Army National Guard. We loved getting to visit with SSG Rob Rankin and SPC Carson Cook, who stopped by to represent the Arkansas Army National Guard and spread some good vibes. ☕🍳
Then, just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better, Antioch Baptist Church treated us to a mouthwatering BBQ lunch. 🍖

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: CPSD and local authorities will be conducting a crisis and safety drill at Conway High School today starting at 8:30am. CHS campus will be closed to the public until 3:30pm.

Conway High School will be hosting a city-wide Active Threat Drill tomorrow, August 7, 2025.
Please be aware that there will be an increased presence of first responders on campus throughout the day as part of this planned training event.
This is a drill only and is being conducted in partnership with local emergency agencies to ensure preparedness and safety for our school and community.

Bell to Bell, No Cell 🚫
As a reminder, CPSD students are expected to follow our “Bell to Bell, No Cell” expectations during the school day.
📌 A student is not considered to be in possession of a personal electronic device if:
It’s stored in their bag (and not accessed),
It’s stored in a locker (and not accessed), or
It’s stored in their vehicle (and not accessed) — except as permitted by law.
📲 Follow-up for Infractions:
1️⃣ First Violation: Device Confiscation, Warning, Parent Contact, Student Pick-Up
2️⃣ Second Violation: Device Confiscation, Parent Contact, Detention, Parent Pick-Up
3️⃣ Third Violation: Device Confiscation, Parent Meeting, Saturday School/In-School Suspension, Parent Pick-Up
