CHS is one of the FIRST high schools in Arkansas to partner with UALR on a pilot concurrent Cyber Security course—giving our students a complete pathway in Information Technology and Security with industry-aligned credentials in a High Demand, High Wage (H2) field. 🔐💻

We’re also one of the FIRST high schools in the state to become an authorized OpenEDG partner, which allows students to prepare for and earn an industry-recognized Python Programming credential. 🐍⚡

Both of these opportunities mean our Wampus Cats can graduate job ready and prepared for high-demand careers. 💙🤍

🧠 In AP Psychology this week, students explored experimentation by recreating Wundt's famous "speed of thought" experiment. After comparing results across classes, 1st period came out on top with the fastest average reaction time—just 0.09 seconds! ⚡
