🎭✨ Laissez les bons temps rouler! ✨🎭
CHS French classes and French Club celebrated Mardi Gras in style, exploring the rich cultural traditions of this international holiday! Students learned about symbolism, customs, and history, played festive games, and, of course, indulged in a variety of King Cakes. 💜💛💚
The celebration was extra special thanks to our French Honorary members, who gathered on Sunday at CJHS to bake homemade King Cakes for their classmates to enjoy. 🎂👑 What a sweet way to bring language, culture, and community together!

Her compassion, advocacy, and support make a profound difference in the lives of so many at CHS. Social work is not just a job; it’s a way to make a difference, and Laney exemplifies that every day.

🔥 Hysteria, Misinformation, and Reputation—Oh My! 🔥
Mrs. Vinson's ELA 11 students are diving into The Crucible with a secret message challenge! 📜🕵️♂️ Just like in the Salem Witch Trials, they’re experiencing firsthand how rumors spread, misinformation takes hold, and reputations crumble. Who can separate fact from fiction before it’s too late? 👀⚖️ #TheCrucible #SalemWitchTrials #CHSLit #ELAInAction

📢 Shoutout to CHS Young Feminists Alliance! 🥣🎉
This past February, the Conway High School Young Feminists Alliance organized a cereal drive to support Conway Ministry Center, a nonprofit dedicated to alleviating suffering and fostering long-term transformation for those experiencing homelessness and poverty in our community. 💙
CHS advisory classes went head-to-head, competing to donate the most cereal boxes—and the ultimate prize? A pizza party! 🍕 Huge congratulations to Mr. Johnson’s class for securing the win!
👏 Thank you to everyone who contributed! Your generosity makes a real difference for those in need. 💛 #WampusCatCares #CommunityMatters #CHSYoungFeminists #CerealForACause

📢 ¡Sabores y Tradiciones en la Clase de Español 4! 🇪🇸🥖🧀🥤
Señora Tedford's Spanish 4 students recently explored bread as a tradition in Spanish-speaking cultures! 🌍✨ They sampled different types of traditional breads, discovering their origins and cultural significance.
But the learning didn't stop there! 🏠👩🍳 Students put their skills to the test by following a recipe to cook homemade arepas—a delicious, thick corn tortilla filled with cheese. 🧀🔥 To complete the experience, they also prepared horchata, a refreshing and traditional drink. 🥤💛
Great job embracing culture through food, Spanish 4! 🎉👏 #CHSSpanish #TraditionThroughTaste #HorchataYArepas #HandsOnLearning
