☀️ Just one blistering sunburn in childhood or adolescence may double the chances of developing melanoma later in life. In a proactive move, Mallory Stuckey, Miss Arkansas Teen and a student at Rison High School, advocated for sun safety education before the State Board of Education. The State Board of Education declared May 6-May 10 as Sun Safety Week, recognizing the importance of protecting our skin from harmful UV rays. Let's spread awareness and keep our skin safe! #SunSafetyWeek #MelanomaAwareness 🌞👒
