Important information for Advanced Placement Exams at Conway High School:
Students are responsible for knowing when and where their testing takes place. If you have questions, please contact your teacher, Mr. Hendricks (Hendricksm@conwayschools.info) or Dr. Woosley (Woosleyt@conwayschools.info) for assistance.

Testing Times:
8:00AM (please report to location by 7:30AM)
12:00PM (please report to location by 11:30AM)
Students who have multiple exams in one day (8:00AM and 12:00PM) will need to bring their own lunch. Time will be provided between testing to eat.
Testing Reminders:
Leave your phones in your car or turned off. Phones may be placed on a table at the front of the room; however, if your phone rings, you will be removed from testing and the College Board will not score your exam.
Arrange for transportation if you are taking an afternoon exam. Exams can run long and there is always a chance testing will not end before buses leave Conway High School.
Student Absence from an AP Exam:
Students who do not take their exam will are responsible for a $40 fee to reimburse the district. Student names will be added to the fines and fees list.
If you are sick, or there is a family emergency, please contact Dr. Woosley before the end of the day in order to qualify for a late exam. Please note that The CollegeBoard makes the final decision to allow a late exam.
If there is a testing conflict (e.g. AAA sanctioned game) a test can be rescheduled.
Students who miss an exam will not receive the weighted GPA for the course.


CLAWS will host their final community meeting of the 2023-2024 school year on May 9th! Please make plans to attend as we reflect on a great year and make plans for fall.

There will be a Wrestling Parent meeting on Monday, May 6th, at 6pm in the High School Lecture Hall. The bottom floor of High School. Wrestlers and a parent must attend


UPDATED: Varsity Cheer Tryouts will be held May 9th-11th. There will be a mandatory meeting Tuesday April 30, 2024 at 3:20 in the Buzz Bolding Arena. (Students only). Students are to pick up a packet from their school office.

The CHS Honor Graduate Ceremony will be held Wednesday, May 15th, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the James H. Clark Auditorium. The official list of honor graduates will be available in the CHS main vestibule on Friday, May 10th. Seniors are encouraged to check the list if they believe they have met the honor graduate requirements. Should any senior have questions/concerns about their honor graduate status, we ask that they email or call their counselor.
