In Mrs. Chen's Chinese classes at CHS, students had the opportunity to celebrate the Moon Festival 🌕, the 2nd most important festival in China and several other Asian countries. As part of the celebration, students learned about the history and customs of the festival 📜 and enjoyed a hands-on experience making snow skin mooncakes 🍰. They also got to sample traditional baked mooncakes 🥮, immersing themselves in the tastes and mythologies behind this special occasion. The activity brought Chinese culture to life in a fun and interactive way! 🎉
