🐾 CATS IN COMMUNITY FOOD DRIVE 🐾
Our Wampus Cat family is coming together to support Conway Public Schools students and families this summer!
We're collecting non-perishable food items now through June 23 that will be distributed during our Cats in Community Food Giveaway on June 25. Every donation helps provide food and resources to families in need during the summer months.
🗓️ Donation Drop-Off Dates: June 9–23
📍 Drop-Off Locations:
• Conway High School
• Kroger (Prince Street)
• Walmart (Highway 65)
• United Way
🥫 Most Needed Items:
• Peanut butter, canned tuna, canned chicken, soups, chili, canned beans, protein snacks
• Mac & cheese, pasta, rice, pasta sauce, instant potatoes, ramen noodles, boxed meal kits
• Canned vegetables, canned fruit, applesauce, crackers, granola bars, cereal, oatmeal packets, pancake mix, breakfast bars
Please ensure all food items are unopened, sealed, and within their expiration date.

🌱 Don’t forget! CLE’s Summer Learning Garden meets every Saturday morning from 9:00–10:00am in the CLE Garden behind the school! Come learn about gardening, growing food, and helping care for our garden while building community together. Participants can also take home or donate fresh harvested produce! We hope to see you there this Saturday! #WeAreCLE

Please remember:
✅ You MUST bring your ID in order to be checked into the building.
✅ We have a new visitor system, and scans made earlier in the year did not transfer to the new system.
✅ Every visitor must check in through the office before entering the building.
Again, ALL visitors MUST have their ID to be checked in.

The CLE PTO has extra yearbooks for purchase on a first come first serve basis. To purchase, please stop by the front office. Yearbooks are $30 and Cash Only Please bring the exact amount as we will not have change available.

On Thursday, May 14, CLE will conduct an intruder drill as part of our ongoing safety preparedness efforts. This will only be a drill for students and staff.
Our goal is to ensure everyone continues to know the procedures and feels confident in the steps we take to keep our school safe. Our students and staff consistently do an excellent job during drills, and we are proud of the way they take these practices seriously.
