JSE: Happy Friday! Thank you so much for making our book fair a success! We raised around $2500 to buy books for the library. The coming weeks will be fun and festive at Jim Stone as we approach our Winter Break. Please join us on December 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 for our Winter Festival and participate in our spirit dress-up days. December reading logs are coming home today. This month's reading log will earn a treasure box prize and one free admission to the UCA Men's Basketball Game on January 3! Have a fantastic weekend!

Book Fair Info!

Good afternoon! Next week is our book fair! This week, students have received notes and flyers about the book fair with lots of information. This book fair company is different from the one we have used in the past, but mostly everything is the same with the exception of eWallet. This company uses gift cards instead of eWallet. Gift cards are an easy student payment method that won’t get lost in a backpack. They also make great gifts for teachers and librarians! You can buy book fair gift cards from our online fair, and they can be used for both online orders and in-person purchases. If you’re sending a gift card to another recipient, they’ll know who it came from. Gift card codes are delivered via email. To redeem a gift card, simply present or enter your code at checkout. Go to efairs.literati.com. Select the “GIFT CARDS” tab at the top of the page. Choose a gift card amount. (For a custom amount, select “Choose Your Own Gift Card.”) If it’s a gift to a teacher or another student, check “Send as Gift?” and enter your recipient’s email, your name, and an optional message. Click Add to Cart, then continue to checkout. If you don't want to print out the gift card, just forward it to bentleyk@conwayschools.info, and Mrs. Bentley will take care of it for you. We will also have stickers for sale for 50 cents each and pointers to help raise money so that each student can get a book at the book fair. Some pointers are $5.00 and some are $2.00. Tax will not be added to these purchases. These will NOT be available during Grandfriends Day. Parents are always welcome to come and shop!
