Our PCT/EMT students had the opportunity to learn more about the many possibilities available in healthcare! 🩺
Representatives from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s nursing program visited with students about healthcare career opportunities and what life is really like as a nursing student at UALR. An admissions representative was also on hand to help students take the next steps toward college enrollment.
A big thank-you to the UALR team for spending time with our students and helping them see where their healthcare education could take them! 💙🐾

🍝 18 Minutes, 20 Pieces of Spaghetti & 1 Marshmallow
Last week, Ms. Cochran’s students put their teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test with the Marshmallow Challenge! Students had just 18 minutes to build the tallest structure they could using only 20 pieces of spaghetti and masking tape—with one important requirement: it had to hold a marshmallow on top! ⏱️
The challenge required communication, creativity, collaboration, and a willingness to rethink their designs along the way. And, of course, there were plenty of laughs as students raced to see whose structure could reach the greatest heights! 🏗️👏
