💚✨ The treats keep coming for Teacher Appreciation Week!

Our staff enjoyed donuts and a cereal bar this morning thanks to C.L.A.W.S., followed by a lunchtime pick-me-up from Dr. Worley with Shadrach’s Coffee. We were also treated to a sweet surprise from Burgers, Fries and Pies, who dropped off an assortment of fried pies for our team to enjoy.

We’re so grateful for the continued support and generosity shown to our staff this week—it truly makes a difference!

Today our teachers were spoiled with cookies from Central Office 🍪 and an incredible grazing table from our C.L.A.W.S. organization—today’s treats were simply spellbinding.

Due to the threat of severe weather tonight, there will only be two varsity soccer games at NLR. Varsity Boys @ 4:00 and Varsity Girls will follow!

💚✨ Teacher Appreciation Week is in full swing at CHS—and the magic just keeps building.

We kicked off the week with a popcorn bar courtesy of our very own Dr. Worley 🍿, setting the tone for a week full of gratitude for our incredible educators.

We were also grateful for a generous lunch from Chick-fil-A, provided through the support of the Air National Guard 🐔—a meaningful reminder of the community that stands behind our schools.

And we’re not done yet… tomorrow brings another special treat for our staff, courtesy of our C.L.A.W.S organization ✨

It truly takes a village—and a little bit of Wicked-inspired wonder—to celebrate the people who make our school thrive.

🏀❤️ It’s Teacher Appreciation Week, and our Lady Cat basketball team took time to honor the educators who made a difference in their lives this year.

Each player selected a teacher who impacted them both in and out of the classroom—mentors who inspire, encourage, and push them to be their best every single day. As a small token of our gratitude, each teacher was presented with a Conway basketball shirt. 🐾

We are so thankful for the role these incredible teachers play in shaping our student-athletes into leaders on the court and in the community. Your influence goes far beyond the classroom, and we appreciate you more than words can say. 🚾 🏀

Last week, students from Mrs. Chen's Chinese classes visited the University of Central Arkansas to celebrate UN Chinese Language Day! 🚌 They had the opportunity to connect with Chinese professors and CHS alumni who are now majoring in Chinese at UCA. Highlights of the visit included playing fun Chinese games with college students, exploring the Arkansas Chinese Heritage Project, and enjoying a delicious Chinese lunch provided by the UCA Center for Asian Languages and Cultures. It was a wonderful day of language learning, cultural exchange, and inspiration for students exploring Chinese language and culture!✨🏮

🎓🌟 Conway High School was proud to celebrate our 2026 Sheltered ESL graduates at this week’s Graduation Banquet!

This program has experienced incredible growth in just two years. In 2024, we celebrated 4 graduates. This year, we are honoring 19 graduates — a powerful testament to the hard work of these students, the support of their families, and the dedication of the CHS staff and faculty who have invested in their success.

During the banquet, Dr. Worley recognized Ms. Goodnight for the tremendous impact she has made on the CHS ESL program over the past 9 years. We are deeply grateful for her heart, commitment, and service to our students.
