We’re proud to announce that 37 Conway High School teachers have been awarded Merit Pay through the Arkansas Department of Education’s Merit Teacher Incentive Fund, earning a combined total of $109,000! 💰🍎

This state-funded initiative—established by the LEARNS Act—recognizes exceptional Arkansas educators who go above and beyond in their commitment to student learning. According to ADE:

"The Arkansas Merit Teacher Incentive Fund... rewards exceptional Arkansas educators who demonstrate outstanding performance and a strong commitment to student learning."

➡️ Devices should be turned OFF and stored in a backpack, locker, or vehicle during school hours.

🚫 Electronic devices are not to be used in:
❌ Classrooms
❌ Bathrooms
❌ Hallways
❌ Lunch areas

✅ When are devices allowed?
• Before school (must be stored before entering the building at 7:55 AM)
• After dismissal at 3:30 PM
• At CHS-approved special events
