The CHS Orchestra will present their Spring Concert on Tuesday, April 30th at 6:30 pm at the James H. Clark Auditorium. On the program is music from around the world and featured solo by senior violinist Stephen Chesshir. The concert is free and open to the public, and a reception will follow.

Conway Area Career Center SKILLS students competed at Arkansas SKILLS USA in Hot Springs on April 16th. This is a competition for high school and career center students from around the states where students demonstrate their skills in welding, construction, photography, auto collision, drafting, technical math, speaking, job interviews to list a few.

The Conway High School Orchestra competed at the Lone Star Classic Festival of Music in Dallas, Texas last weekend. They had the incredible opportunity to play on the Meyerson Symphony Hall stage, one of the finest performance venues in the country, where they earned straight Superior ratings from their three adjudicators as well as an overall Outstanding Performance award! The students also attended a Dallas Symphony Orchestra concert on the same stage that evening, getting to watch and hear some of the top professional musicians in the world. We're so proud of the legacy of excellence in the Conway Orchestra program!
