Conway High School Students who are age 16 or older must have a second dose of the meningococcal vaccine (MCV4) if they received their first dose before the age of 16. Please note this is a state mandated requirement.
Appointments can be made at your Healthcare Provider, the Faulkner County Health Department (501-450-4941) and most pharmacies.
