Immunization Reminder:
The Arkansas State Board of Health Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Immunization Requirements states that every child attending a public school in the state shall receive a series of immunizations in order to enter school. Religious, Medical, and Philosophical exemptions can be obtained through the Arkansas Department of Health. However, proof of exemption letters must be obtained each year and provided to the school for their records. (AR Code Annotated 20-7-109, 6-18-702, 6-60-504, 20-78-206).
If your child is already 11 years old or will turn 11 yrs. before September 1, 2025, he/she will need the Tdap and the MCV4 vaccines before returning to school this year. If your child is entering 7th grade and has not received the MCV4 vaccine, he/she must have this before returning to school this year.
The deadline for receiving these immunizations is October 1, 2025. If your child does not have the required immunizations by this date, he/she will be sent home until immunizations are updated. There will be NO exceptions!
All updated records must be turned in to Nurse Siegel.
Any questions or concerns should be sent to Nurse Siegel at siegelh@conwayschools.info. Or, please call 501-329-2782 with any questions. Thank you!

Wiles is a 2001 Conway High graduate—and a proud Carl Stuart alum! With 17 years of classroom experience and a Master of Music from UCA, she brings a strong background in both teaching and music to our campus.
Outside of the classroom, she’s known as GiGi to her three sons, daughter-in-law, and four wonderful grandkids. When she swings by Sonic, her favorite drink is a Cranberry Vanilla Sprite Zero!
We’re thrilled to have her join the CSMS family! 🎶💙

We’re so excited to welcome Mrs. Holly Schroeder to Carl Stuart Middle School as our new Assistant Principal!
Mrs. Schroeder brings over a decade of experience in education, most recently serving as a Dean of Students at Conway Junior High. A proud Conway native, she has spent her career supporting kids and families in our community. She is passionate about building strong relationships and creating a positive, safe, and engaging school culture.
As a mom of three, she knows how important it is to have a school that feels like home—and she’s committed to making that a reality for every student at CSMS.
Please help us welcome Mrs. Schroeder to the Carl Stuart family! She can’t wait to get this year started!

Mrs. Williams comes to us with 18 years of teaching experience in a wide range of subjects—from band, choir, and special education to middle school science and even homeschooling her own daughter.
A native of Barton, Arkansas, Mrs. Williams is a proud graduate of Delta State University, Liberty University, and UCA. She and her husband, Nick, have been married for 10 years and are proud parents of four children.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys playing piano, flute, and keyboard with her church band, reading all kinds of books, and spending time with her puppies!
Welcome to Carl Stuart, Mrs. Williams—we’re so glad you’re here! 💙

We’re excited to welcome Andrew Williams as the newest addition to our band director team at Carl Stuart Middle School!
Mr. Williams is originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas. He plays the saxophone but is experienced with all band instruments and is passionate about helping students grow as musicians. During his time at Arkansas State University, he served as drum major for the Arkansas State Marching Band!
His favorite genre of music is jazz, and he’s looking forward to bringing that love of music to the band program at CSMS. We’re glad to have him on board!

We’re excited to introduce Ms. Kaitlyn Kronberg, who will be joining our CSMS team as a 5th grade math teacher!
Kaitlyn is a proud graduate of UCA and Little Rock Central High School. She previously taught 5th grade ELA and social studies at Maumelle Charter Middle School and spent the past year subbing in Conway, where she quickly fell in love with Carl Stuart!
When she’s not in the classroom, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her 6-year-old Labradoodle, Koda, and her boyfriend. Some of her favorite things include pizza and summer!!
Kaitlyn’s favorite part of teaching is building strong relationships with students, parents, and coworkers. We’re so glad to have her on board! 💙
