May 12, 2025 Dear Parent/Guardian: Your student’s medications will need to be picked up by May 22nd at 3:00 pm. I will be taking all leftover medication to the police station for disposal on May 23 th . I will send epi pens and inhalers home with the student, but anything else must be picked up. We are not allowed to keep any medication at the school over the summer, so please pick up by the deadline. Thank you, and have a great summer!

May 8th 7th Grade Band Spring Concert is Thursday, May 8th at 6:30 p.m. D3/G3 field trip to the movies, May 9th at 8:15 a.m. All library books are to be returned by Friday, May 9th. Beginner Orchestra Instrument Selection and Meet-and-Greet Saturday, May 17th, drop in between 10 am and 2 pm Conway High School Music Complex (directly between the James H. Clark Auditorium and the John McConnell Stadium on the Conway High School campus) Your child will be able to play on each of the string instruments and decide which one they want to pursue next year. We will also be able to size them appropriately and answer any questions you may have about orchestra. In addition, you’ll find out about instrument rental and purchase options and get to meet your child’s teacher! We can’t wait to see you!

Mobile Pack Permission Slips are due back tomorrow, May 2nd. If you are new to what the Mobile Pack is as a school, with some help from all of our other Conway Middle Schools, we will pack 150,000 meals to starving children around the world. We will be packing in 3 shifts per day of about 100-110 students over 3 days. We would love to make this a family affair if you wish to volunteer with us for a day or a shift, please indicate on your student's permission slip.
