The Chromebook Insurance Plan is an optional plan to cover Chromebook damages/replacement in the event of reasonable accidents, such as drops, spills, etc. This protection plan is $20 and allows up to TWO CLAIMS per policy until your child reaches 8th grade. We have already had several Chromebook screens broken. The cost to repair these without insurance is $50. Insurance forms were given to students on October 25the and emailed on October 28. ATLAS Interim tests are scheduled as follows: Reading: Tuesday, 11/19/24 Math: Wednesday, 11/20/24 Science: Thursday, 11/21/24 Thanksgiving Break November 25-29. School resumes on December 2. 5th Grade Sock Hop December 6 from 2-3:00 p.m. Winter Dance Ticket Sales 11/20 - 11/22 and 12/2 - 12/3 will be sold During 6th & 7th Grade Lunches. Presale Tickets will be $5.00 and tickets at the door will be $7.00. The dance is December 6 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. ATLAS 2023-2024 Summative Results will be sent home Friday during 2nd period. La Fiesta Orquestra Taco Supper November 21 at 5:00 p.m. at CHS No Phone November Bash November 22 during Lunch and Activity. Peppermint Wars December 2-6 - GET READY FOR PEPPERMINT WARS!!!!!! This fundraiser for D3 puts the grades against each other! D3 will be selling soft peppermints for 25 cents each/4 for $1 at lunch. The grade that raises the most money will have a cookie party at lunch the following week! The sale starts Monday, December 2nd, and ends Friday, December 6th! Bring a friend, bring a dollar!
CSMS Future Business Leaders of America Believer Bell Sell December 4-11 FBLA is excited to share a special fundraiser that’s not just about raising money, but also about spreading positivity and hope. They will be selling beautiful beaded necklaces with a jingle bell that reads “BELIEVE.” By supporting our fundraiser, you are helping to make a difference in the lives of our FBLA members and spreading a message of hope and inspiration. ONE WEEK AWAY!!! The Conway Public Schools Orchestra program presents its annual "La Fiesta Orquesta" Taco Supper on Thursday, November 21 on the campus of Conway High School from 5:00-9:00 pm. This southwestern-themed event features the nearly 300 students of the orchestra program in free concerts throughout the night. All performances take place in the James H. Clark Auditorium, with city-wide Intermediate Orchestra performing first at 5:30, the Conway High School Orchestra performing at 6:15, city-wide beginning orchestra students at 7:30, and the Conway Junior High School 8th and 9th grade orchestras at 8:15. The event also serves as the orchestra program's primary fundraiser, with money raised through dinner ticket sales, donations, and a silent auction. Dinner service is held from 5-8 pm in the Conway High School cafeteria, and the meals include drinks and dessert as well. Meal tickets for the taco salad dinner (or soft taco child's plate) are on sale online at conwayorch.square.site or at the door the night of the event for $15/adults and $10/children. Dinner is available for dine-in or for carryout. The silent auction, with many items donated by local businesses, will take place from 5:30-8:15 p.m. in the lobby of the James H. Clark Auditorium. We hope you’ll support these amazing students and come hear us play!!

Today was the first meeting for the 6th grade D3 girls club. We had 27 students attend. Mrs. Stradling and Mrs. Franklin discussed what respect means and how to respect themselves and others.
