Thanks to generous donations from several CSMS parents and Peace Lutheran Church of Conway, every student who reached the Strive reading goal gets to go on our reward trip to Urban Air for free!
The willingness of our CSMS families and the Conway community to support our readers not only reflects kindness and generosity but also the belief in the importance of finding creative ways to motivate our young people to read. We are inspired by your generosity!

Ms. Frazier’s reading classes enjoyed participating in an escape room on Friday. They used a reading passage to complete four activities and figure out a four-digit code to escape. Everyone made it out!

The Beautiful Tomorrow Assembly was created by motivational speaker, music artist, and college enthusiast, Jason Lewis aka Humble TIP. He has traveled all around the country speaking to youth and performing at venues aimed at promoting peace, hope, and empowerment. His goal is to challenge the minds of the youth in attendance and spark an excited desire to pursue their future and its endless potential.
Mrs. Buddenberg said, "In 25 years of teaching, I've never attended an assembly that got the students more involved than the Beautiful Tomorrow assembly. They were engaged in fun activities while hearing about goal setting and peer pressure. Very uplifting and positive way to encourage our students to have a Beautiful Tomorrow."
