5th grade D3 enjoyed some good old fashioned arm wrestling today! The purpose is to learn about inner strength to be disciplined and how to work together. The guys competed for peppermints that were given every time they won. We are so proud that several students discovered that if they work with their opponent instead of against them, they both win!
We are very thankful for Mr. Gunsolus and the work he is doing with these young men!

Ms. Frazier's 6th and 7th grade reading classes started working in the fall on writing stories for their own book. They worked on and off until the first week of December. The book finally came in on Wednesday, so I surprised each class with donuts to celebrate the published authors on Thursday!
