SPECIAL RECORDS TO BE DESTROYED
On July 7, 2025, the Conway Public School District will destroy Special Education records of students who graduated, moved or were dismissed from Special Education services in the district between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019. This process is carried out in compliance with federal and state laws. Students, parents and/or guardians may obtain any data from folders prior to July 7, 2024, by calling the Special Education office at (501) 450-6634, extension 0303 or emailing at records@conwayschools.info.

Happy First Day of Summer! The season officially begins with the summer solstice, which takes place this year at precisely 9:41 p.m. today (June 20, 2025). Seasons are primarily caused by the Earth's tilt on its axis, and summer occurs when our part of the Earth is tilted toward the Sun resulting in more intense solar radiation (rays of heat from the Sun). 🗣️ Oral language 🗣️ is the process of learning how to communicate ideas through spoken words. Parents, teachers, and other adults can support oral language development by encouraging children to engage in purposeful conversations. Read the silly choices below to your child one at a time, and ask them to choose THIS or THAT. Then ask them to explain why they made their choice. There's sure to be some interesting and funny conversation that happens, and you'll get to see your child's amazing imagination on display!

If you have trouble thinking of creative commands for the game, check out these "ultimate" lists and get a game going at home today! It's great practice at listening to and following directions, and it's just old-fashioned fun!
